Enjoy a summertime Seasonal yoga and qigong flow set within the beauty of Ardkinglas Estate. There is an option to go for a wild swim in Loch Fyne. There are a small number of spaces for the sauna which can be booked separately. Please bring a packed lunch / snacks and a drink. As this is an outdoors event please dress appropriately.
