Service Description

Kalm Kids, is a programme that Joni delivers within schools throughout Cowal. Based on the 'Zones of Regulation' Joni is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and she uses yoga and therapeutic movement to explore emotional literacy with children from 3 to 11 years old. The programme includes relevant worksheets, stories and puppets. This is a six week programme and can be tailored to suit the needs of your school. Joni can work with individuals or within groups.
